Description

Our rib eye on the bone has been sourced from the Northern Rivers & Hunter District of NSW. The beef is grass-fed and is free range.

We age the beef in our Himalayan salt brick dry ageing room, which maximises its tenderness and gives it a subtle nutty flavour not usually found in other steaks. A 1kg roast will serve approximately 3 people.
