Cooking Time: 4hrs @150°C Fan Forced. Wrap tight with baking paper and foil.

Tom’s Hot Tip: “Get them rolled in our Double Smoke BBQ Rub as a long spare rib, and wrap tight with baking paper & foil. Cook for 6hrs @110°C Fan Forced. They come out looking like something on MasterChef. Serve with coleslaw.”
