Homemade Italian Beef Meatloaf

Our Italian meatloaf is made using our black angus beef mince blend. It has carrot, onion, and fresh parsley in it. From there, we add our sweet tomato & basil marinade, mozzarella cheese, and then garnish it with fresh parsley. It weighs approximately 1kg, and serves 4 adults. For your convenience, cook it in the tray provided.
